Dear Brother,

A very nice site indeed. I really appreciate your stand on the mother of all languages, Sanskrit. May I quote Will Durant " India is the mother of us. Through Sanskrit, the mother of Europe's languages. Thru the Buddha, of the ideals embodied in Christianity. Thru the Arabs, of higher Maths & algebra.

I am also a writer on Vedic sciences. Pls check at

Concerted and continuing research in various fields of scholarship like archaeology, mythology, linguistics, history of religion and so on has conclusively proved that Hindu civilisation had once pervaded the whole ancient world. And as the one vehicle for the worldwide spread of Hindu religion and culture, Hindu science and art, Hindu medicine and mathematics was the Sanskrit language, it also spread internationally.

-- The universality of Sanskrit

In South-East Asia the influence of Sanskrit was so strong that it can be seen not only in old inscriptions but also in Sanskrit names for people and places that are still in use, such as in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Burma.
